We are pleased to offer a selection of additional services and in-room extras to make your stay even more special, including private airport transfers, flowers, champagne, wine, and other personalized arrangements.
All requests are subject to availability and will be confirmed by our team in a follow-up message once arrangements have been finalized with our external partners and suppliers.
Cancellations & Changes
– In-room extras such as flowers, wine, champagne, food, or other personalized amenities may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the arrival date, no later than 10:00 a.m.
– For airport transportation, we kindly ask guests to communicate any flight delays, schedule changes, or cancellations as soon as possible, and no later than 6 hours before arrival whenever feasible.
Cancellations or changes communicated after the above deadlines may be subject to full charge, particularly for items already prepared, purchased, or confirmed with third-party providers.
Payments
– Requests submitted through this guide do not constitute immediate payment or final confirmation.
– For in-room extras and personalized amenities, payment will be completed through a secure payment link sent separately by our team.
– Airport transfer services are managed by external professional drivers and are to be paid directly to the driver, either by cash or credit card. No payment for transportation services is processed directly by the property.
