From 2pm. We can arrange early room access on request and it is always subject to availability. Bookings made through our website will be prioritized for early check-in and late check-out.

If your room is not available in the morning you can leave your luggage with us as long as necessary and before your departure you have the possibility to store your belongings for the day. Please rely on our team for instructions.

The cancellation policy applicable to your reservation is the one communicated at the time of booking and confirmed in your booking confirmation email.

As our cancellation terms may vary depending on length of stay, number of rooms or promotional offers, the cancellation conditions displayed on this website may not reflect the terms applicable to reservations already confirmed.

For all reservations, the cancellation policy stated in the booking confirmation email shall prevail and shall be considered the binding cancellation policy for that reservation.

For non-refundable reservations, full payment may be charged at the time of booking. These reservations cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

Two of the Deluxe Rooms and the Junior Suite are available overnight for a maximum of three guests, with one person accommodated in an extra bed. The Junior Suite Deluxe and the Duplex Suite can accommodate up to four persons.

At the time of booking, Le Quattro Dame will take a valid credit card to secure the reservation and will check its validity through pre-authorisation. We cannot guarantee reservations without a valid credit card on file therefore in case of changes in our guests’ credit cards on hold the updated card details should be communicated to our team at our guests’ earliest convenience.

Upon checking in guests are kindly requested to provide a credit card, in order to secure the balance of extra services (consumptions, city tax, additional stay) or incidentals throughout their stay.

We take full payment upon check-in, except from reservations that are booked through a non refundable offer. Any extra charges (consumptions, damages, missing items) will be processed after check-out without prior notice.

Please be advised that the property is 100% non-smoking. A cleaning fee will apply if there is evidence in the rooms (up to 300 €).

Guests that depart leaving their room in an unpardonable state that requires excessive cleaning and extra time will incur additional cleaning charges. This will be processed against their nominated card used to guarantee incidentals from arrival. Any damages in the property that require extraordinary renovations will be charged. The damage recovery fee will include labour and materials. Any items taken from the room on departure will also be charged at the cost of replacement.
