Check-in
From 2pm. We can arrange early room access on request and it is always subject to availability. Bookings made through our website will be prioritized for early check-in and late check-out.
CHECK-0UT
Until 11am. If you would like to keep your room for the day you can extend your stay for a surcharge of 100€ (subject to availability).
luggage storage
If your room is not available in the morning you can leave your luggage with us as long as necessary and before your departure you have the possibility to store your belongings for the day. Please rely on our team for instructions.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Guests who book on this website through a ‘Flexible rate’ will have the freedom to cancel by 8am Rome time, 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation penalty. Cancellations made after this timeframe occur in a full charge. The ‘Non refundable’ offer requires payment in advance and is non refundable and amendable in case of cancellation or no show. Charges for the non refundable offer will be processed through the credit card right upon completing a reservation.
ROOM OCCUPANCY
Two of the Deluxe Rooms and the Junior Suite are available overnight for a maximum of three guests, with one person accommodated in an extra bed. The Junior Suite Deluxe and the Duplex Suite can accommodate up to four persons.
BOOKING GUARANTEE AND PAYMENT
At the time of booking, Le Quattro Dame will take a valid credit card to secure the reservation and will check its validity through pre-authorisation. We cannot guarantee reservations without a valid credit card on file therefore in case of changes in our guests’ credit cards on hold the updated card details should be communicated to our team at our guests’ earliest convenience.
CREDIT CARD ON ARRIVAL
Upon arrival, our staff will request a valid credit card - this is to secure any incidentals during the guest’s stay and to use it for the charges of the outstanding services (stay, city tax, extras).
PAYMENTS
We take full payment upon check-out, except from reservations that are booked through a non refundable offer. Any extra charges (consumptions, damages, missing items) will be processed after check-out without prior notice.
SMOKING POLICY
Please be advised that the property is 100% non-smoking. A cleaning fee will apply if there is evidence of smoking in the rooms (EUR 300 max).
ROOM DAMAGE, THEFT AND CLEANING POLICY
Guests that depart leaving their room in an unpardonable state that requires excessive cleaning and extra time will incur additional cleaning charges. This will be processed against their nominated card used to guarantee incidentals from arrival. Any damages in the property that require extraordinary renovations will be charged. The damage recovery fee will include labour and materials. Any items taken from the room on departure will also be charged at the cost of replacement.
EVICTION POLICY
We may evict a guest without warning or refund of their stay due to demonstration of, but not limited to the following: intoxication, antisocial behaviour, physical or verbal abuse to staff and other guests, damage to the room and its contents , excessive noise, ignoring the advice or requests of our staff or smoking inside guest rooms.
