Can I arrive by car and park at the property?Due to strict traffic regulations (ZTL), private vehicles are not allowed to enter the whole historic center of Rome between 6am and 6pm. As a result, we do not offer on-site parking. The closest guarded parking outside the limited area is Parking Giulia, about a 15-minute walk from our property.
Is there 24h front desk?We do not operate a traditional 24h front desk. Our team is available every day of the week during daytime hours to assist while the building’s porter manages the entrance daily from 8:30am to 8pm. An emergency contact is available 24 hours a day and we are happy to chat with our guests personally outside front desk ours for any necessity.
Check-in is in person from morning until 6pm. For later arrivals we will send you remote instructions on how to access your room. To ensure a seamless and paperless arrival, we use a secure digital check-in system. Shortly after confirming your reservation, you will receive an email with the data form to fill out. This simple process allows you to upload your data in advance and helps us prepare for your arrival with ease.
How does check-in work?Can I store my luggage before arrival or after departure?Yes, we offer complimentary luggage storage for our guests. If you arrive before your room is ready or wish to explore the city after check-out, we can securely store your bags.
How many guests can each room accommodate?Our Deluxe Rooms are designed for up to 2 guests. The Junior Suite accommodates a maximum of 3 guests, with an extra rollaway bed. The Junior Suite Deluxe and the Duplex Suite can each host up to 2 guests, plus 2 additional guests using the sofa beds. A baby cot is available for any room type, free of charge upon request.
What are the check-in and check-out times?Check-in is available from 2:00 p.m., and we kindly ask that rooms be vacated by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Whenever possible, we’re happy to offer early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability.
Do you serve breakfast?Breakfast is not available nor included in the reservation rate. Each room is equipped with a kitchenette featuring a Nespresso coffee machine, tea kettle, cutlery, and a mini fridge—perfect for enjoying a relaxed takeaway or grocery store in-room breakfast. Guests seeking a more complete setup with cooking facilities will find everything they need in the Duplex Suite, which includes a private dining area and fully equipped kitchen.
Are the property and rooms accessibility friendly?Due to the historic nature of our building, some areas are unfortunately not fully wheelchair accessible. While there is an elevator that connects to our property, it is located on a mezzanine level, approximately 10 steps above street level. We recommend contacting us in advance to discuss specific accessibility needs—we’ll do our best to assist.
